2) Material select
Different series and thickness of aluminum Alloy for different sizes of panels. For larger panel requires high strength aluminum, soft aluminum is used for smaller panel.
3) Quality control
To make sure all the dimensions tolerances, surface finishing, quality status under control with each step for clients.
4) Processing technology
Perforation rate from 3% to 60% of open area available. Corner punching is the next step to allow sidewall folding.
5) Folding
Wall folding is a panel structure, it ensures the panel sidewall bending in right way.
6) Final presentation
Offering range of color powder coating presents panels perfect surface finish.
